Well, been putting this off. At least the announcing part, but Sherri just got an assignment to Elmendorf, Alaska.
Years ago I would have been excited about such news, but today I have to admit that there is quite the lack of desire going to the real frozen tundra. Would have preferred Japan or Europe, but could have been worse.
Sherri and I went to go see Kung Fu Panda on Friday. So far this summer, we have decided that we are batting 2 for 2 on movies we quite enjoyed. Like Iron Man, I plan to purchase this movie when it comes out in BluRay.
The animations was fantastic. Though the story didn’t bring anything new to the table, I enjoyed it emmensely. There were a few moments I had to struggle to hear what was going on as Sherri was laughing uncontrollably beside me. Laughter, tears, and no regrets for the expensive tickets (and don’t forget Pandas!). What else can you ask for.

Well off to find Daeny, she is crawling like a mad girl these days. Perhaps she too studied under Shifu.
